How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an e-mail with further details on the delivery date. In this e-mail you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.

When placing multiple orders, do I have to pay shipping costs for each order?

Shipping is charged and calculated separately per order and can not be combined. Please see the shipping methods and fee's below. If the "standard delivery" shipping option is chosen, shipping is free (Orders over $75) $8.00 (Orders under $75) If the "express delivery" shipping option is chosen, shipping is free (Orders over $200) $12 (Orders under $200) If the "Priority overnight" shipping option is chosen, shipping is free (Orders over $250) $20 (Orders under $250)

Where do you deliver?

We will deliver to any location in the country that each online shop serves. Unfortunately we cannot deliver packages internationally. Please select the online shop that serves the country where you would like your package shipped in order to avoid confusion.
